JSC “Volyn Textile Mill” – is one of the biggest textile companies in Ukraine, which has been in operation for 25 years. The company is specializing in the production of textile as follows: for ladies’ and men’s light outwear (suits, jackets, shirts, skirts and trousers); for curtains, table-clothes, special towels hand-made and embroidered in the national style (rushnyks), furniture; for embroidery; for technical needs. Besides we produce the yarn: grey and dyed.
 The history of the enterprise starts since 1977, when a true giant of textile industry “Voltex” has appeared in Lutsk. The main specialization of the company was assigned at that time: the processing of polyester and viscose staple fibres in blends.
In 90-ty years of the twentieth century along with the political changes in Ukraine the company’s form of property and name were changed to Open Joint Stock Company “Lutsk Textile Mill “Voltex”.
In 2002 new owners have brought a second wind to the company. Aiming at the improvement of the company’s efficiency and non-productive costs reduction, OJSC “LTM “Voltex” implemented the restructuring policy, resulting in the creation of Close Joint Stock Company “Volyn Textile Mil”.
